BOOKING APPS
Every feature included. No commission, no minimum contract term and one month’s notice. SMS not included.
Connection to an existing website: SEK 1,000 once. Integration is included with a new website from us. The booking subscription is additional.

We agree the scope before starting. We contact you and wait for your approval before exceeding two hours (SEK 1,400 excl. VAT), or any lower limit we have agreed.
Small fixes, changes, Google Business Profile and indexing help. No care subscription required. We do not guarantee a particular Google ranking.
Hosting and care with us are additional: SEK 300/month. On your own hosting, care is optional: SEK 300/month. All amounts exclude VAT.
When switching from another booking system, your first calendar month of the booking subscription is free, starting on the 1st of the month after the agreement. Cancel during that free month and no booking fee or notice period applies. Afterwards, payment is monthly in advance on the 1st. Invoices are sent at least 15 calendar days before they are due. Websites, connection and care are charged separately as agreed. Your quote confirms the dates and price.

Ja, absolut. Vi sätter in bokningen på hemsidan du har, som en ”Boka tid”-knapp eller direkt i sidan. Det funkar med WordPress, Wix, Squarespace och de flesta andra.
Nej. Behåll kassan och Swish som du redan använder. Vi sköter bokningen, hemsidan och appen.
SilverMoose är byggt för små och medelstora företag med 1 till 9 personer som tar bokningar. Är ni 10 eller fler gör vi en offert. Vi bygger inga system för storföretag med egna IT-avdelningar.
Varje sms kostar pengar, och den kostnaden brukar hamna på din räkning. Ett mejl gör samma jobb utan extra kostnad. Kunden får det direkt, med bekräftelse, en länk för att avboka själv och en kalenderfil. Kalenderfilen innehåller en påminnelse två timmar före besöket. Hur den visas beror på kundens kalenderapp och inställningar. Bokar kunden minst ett dygn i förväg kommer dessutom ett påminnelsemejl 24 timmar innan, med avbokningslänk och en knapp för att lägga in tiden i kalendern. Därför behöver kunden ange sin e-post vid onlinebokning. Så slipper du betala för sms, och dina kunder slipper ringa dig för att avboka.
Appen fungerar som webbapp på kompatibla Android-mobiler och iPhone. På iPhone lägger du den på hemskärmen. iPhone-notiser kräver iOS 16.4 eller senare och ditt godkännande. Leverans av notiser och eventuell visning på en klocka beror på dina enheter och inställningar. Tillgänglighet i appbutiker ingår inte i erbjudandet.
Du får vår bokningsapp i mobilen, inställd för ditt företag: dina tjänster, din personal och dina bokningar. Appen ägs av SilverMoose, och du använder den så länge du har bokningen. Den ingår i månadspriset. Dina kunder och bokningar är dina. Bokningssidan som kunderna ser har ditt företags namn och färg. Vill du ha en helt egen app med din logga? Den kan vi bygga separat. Fråga oss om pris.
Då säger du upp med en månads varsel. Ingen bindningstid. Du får med dig kundlistan och bokningarna som en fil, och har vi byggt din hemsida är den din.
Ofta, ja. Det är precis vad Moose Aid är till för. Vi kikar först på sidan och vad den är byggd med, och sen säger vi vad vi kan göra och vad det kostar.
Vår huvudsakliga bokningsdatabas finns på servrar i Sverige. Varje företag har separat åtkomst till sina kunder i appen. Bekräftelsemejlen skickas från vår e-postserver hos Hostup, och vi skriver ett personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal med dig enligt GDPR.
